Warranty Policy

SEVEN (7) DAYS REPLACEMENT WARRANTY 

Defective item is legible for replacement only when ALL the following conditions are met:

• Unit has manufacturer's defects (e.g. No power)
• Unit must be returned within seven (7) days from the date purchased. Defective item endorsed after seven (7) days from the date of purchase is no longer eligible for replacement.
• Unit is returned in sealable condition.
• Unit is returned with its respective warranty card and proof of purchases. Failure to present both warranty card and proof of purchase will render said warranty null and void .
• Defect is subject to scrutiny, discretion and further judgement on the part of the seller.

1. Warranty Period 12 months from the date of purchase, covering the entire unit (no separate parts breakdown). A valid proof of purchase and the complete original packaging are mandatory.
2. What Is Covered One‑to‑one replacement—no repair—against manufacturing or material defects occurring under normal use, e.g.:• Unit will not power on • Abnormal charging behaviour • PCB / controller failure
3. Immediate Disqualification Any single item below voids the warranty:1. Impact marks – cracks, dents, deformation, chipped blades or grille2. Liquid ingress, moisture damage, foreign objects inside3. Unauthorised disassembly, modification, soldering, or use of non‑official parts4. Use of non‑original chargers or incorrect voltage / polarity5. Missing or incomplete packaging, accessories, or manuals

How to File a Claim Step 1 – Message Us on FacebookSend a direct message to “JISULIFE Manila” Facebook Page with: order number, clear photos/videos of the issue, and product model/serial (if present).Step 2 – Ship the UnitAfter you receive an RMA number and return address, ship the product back with full packaging. All freight and optional transit‑insurance costs are borne by the customer.Step 3 – InspectionOnce received, we will complete inspection within 5 – 7 business days.
5. Resolution Qualifies for warranty: A brand‑new, same‑model (or equal‑value) unit is dispatched.• Does not qualify: The original unit is returned as‑is (shipping at your expense) or disposed of per your written request.Paid repair services are not available.
6. Shipping & Risk JISULIFE is not liable for loss, mis‑delivery, or damage while the unit is in transit to or from our facility. Choose a reliable courier and consider insurance. All in‑bound and out‑bound freight charges are the customer’s responsibility.


• Cleaning is not part of WARRANTY because it is not considered as a factory defect.
